I'm on a journey to reach self-actualization - to realize my full potential. My career is an integral source of fulfillment and I want to share what my journey has entailed up to this point with you.
Welcome to my portfolio, designed to give you a glimpse into who I am professionally. Whether you are a business partner, potential employer, or one of my incredible friends, I hope you will find something here that interests you.
Iger's belief in and commitment to the continuous pursuit of perfection speaks to my soul. I'm of the opinion that everyone, everything, and every business can (and should) pursue lifelong betterment. Not because that person, thing, or business is inherently flawed, but because change is constant, and with change comes new opportunities to become even more embodied and aligned.
When reviewing some of my work experience below you'll see some
throughlines: cross-functional organization, thoughtful and integrated long-term planning, and operational excellence. I obsess over uncovering pain points, inefficiencies, and lackluster outputs that plague the client and employee experience. Once found, I partner with all departments to roll out new and/or revised product offerings, deliverables, processes, dashboards, feedback loops, etc. that were designed with the clients and all business units in mind.
I started making and selling necklaces to my elementary school teachers.
Redlining our real estate catalogues that came in the mail became my favorite way to pass time.
Admittedly, I had no idea what I wanted to do professionally after college, so I hardly felt ready to make this decision at the time.
After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Bentley University, I packed up my life and moved to CA.
Convinced a job in Marketing wasn't for me, I became a Property Manager.
Seeking a professional challenge, I took a job in tech as a Client Success Manager (CSM), blending Sales, Ops, and Client Relations.
I also started a side hustle, consulting small businesses on their Ops and Client Experience strategies.
I took my side hustle full-time, serving as an "Outsourced COO/Chief of Staff" to business owners of service-based businesses.
I loved the consulting work and my clients, but, missed the stability of working for an organization.
An "intrapreneur" at heart, I rejoined corporate America, crafting a unique role for myself where I am involved in streamlining Ops to enhance the client and employee experience.

Because I wholeheartedly believe in continuous improvement, I have embarked on the journey of getting my MBA. Stay tuned!

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from my alma mater, Bentley University. I'm a self-professed nerd. I love to learn, study, and challenge myself. I seek opportunities to soak up knowledge from others, I expose myself to new and/or different ways of doing things, and am energized by gleaning strategies (what worked and what didn't) from others. My hunger to expand my views, practices, and strategies is one of my greatest tools and is what makes me a top performer.
Rarely a week goes by where I haven't consumed multiple podcasts and books. I also make it a point to frequent conferences and consume industry literature regularly.
If you are the smartest person in the room, then you are in the wrong room" - Confucius
It wasn't until about 5 years into my career that I realized I needed to seek out mentorship. I looked to people, particularly women, I emulated and from there built our my own board of professional mentors. Some I meet with on a regular basis, while others I reach out to at random when questions and curiosities arise.
Personally, I'm confident I wouldn't be where I am today, professionally, if it weren't for my mentors. While I've always had an unquenchable drive, having the guidance and support of my mentors have given me confidence that, frankly, I lacked early in my career.

Oh so much... 1) there is no formula or "right" path; 2) be patient; 3) pay attention to the things that feel like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole - they probably aren't meant for you; 4) networking is inherently uncomfortable, but do it anyway.
I so appreciate you taking the time to read about who I am, where I invest my time and energy, and how I want to leave my mark professionally.
I'll be preparing another page focused on my personal life, but in the meantime, below are some FAQs to help add even more color. Enjoy!
